Feeling the heat can be a good thing too as stress in small dose keeps you on your toes. Here are some ways to manage stresss and to get the best out of a stressful situation.
Think Positive; We cannot make stress go away but we can change the way we react towards it. An optimistic outlook at life can give a feeling of control. Take everythuing as a challenge and ace it! Once you accomplish that task, put that achievement down in your diary and remind yourself of how you can do it the next time you feel discouraged.
Say No; Getting and unexpected job with an unexpected deadline might sway your perseverance but do not feel obligated to take on everything. It is alright to say no when you are overwhelmed. You are not Wonder Woman or Superman so let's be realitic. Do not be afraid to ask for help!
Moving It; Regular exercice can help your body build resistance towards negative effects of pschological stress.
